Virginia.¹ He was the son of Dr. Oscar Ringold Quaintance and Lelia Mallory.² Dr. Rupert Wilson Quaintance married Bessie Ramsey in 1921.¹ Dr. Rupert Wilson Quaintance died on 20 January 1964 at age 87.¹ He attended medical college at William and Mary, 1897. He practiced medecine in Lundale, W. Va. He retired to Slate Mills, Va.¹

     Bessie Ramsey was born on 19 March 1894 in Waynesboro, Augusta County, Virginia.¹ She married Dr. Rupert Wilson Quaintance, son of Dr. Oscar Ringold Quaintance and Lelia Mallory, in 1921.¹

     Dr. Walter Stuart Quaintance was born on 10 August 1881.¹ He was a physician and dentist in Slate Mills, Culpeper County, Virginia.¹ He was the son of Dr. Oscar Ringold Quaintance and Lelia Mallory.² Dr. Walter Stuart Quaintance died on 3 February 1944 at age 62.¹

     Mabel Quaintance was born on 25 June 1885.¹ She was the daughter of Dr. Oscar Ringold Quaintance and Lelia Mallory.² Mabel Quaintance died on 20 December 1931 at age 46.¹
